黄铜

黄铜是铜与锌的合金。改变黄铜中锌的含量可以得到不同机械性能的黄铜。黄铜中锌的含量越高,其强度也较高塑性稍低。工业中采用的黄铜含锌量不超过45%,含锌量再高将会产生脆性,使合金性能变差。在黄铜中加1%6的锡能显著改善铜的抗海水和海洋大气腐蚀的能力,因此称为“海军黄铜"锡能改善黄铜的切削加工性能。铅黄铜即通常所说的易削国标铜。加铅的主要目的是改善切削加工性的提高耐磨性,铅对黄铜的强度影响不大。雕刻铜也是铅黄铜的一种。多数黄铜具有良好色泽、加工性、延展性、易于电镀或涂装。Brass is copper-zinc alloy.The mechanical performance of brass waries with its content of zinc.High zinc contentcontributes to higher strength and lower plasticity.The zinc content in brass shall not be more than 459c.or the brasswill become britle and it sperformance will go bad, if 1%* oftin is added to brass it will oreatly improve its resistanceagainst seawater corrosion and ocean atmosphere corrasion so such alloy is named as"Naval Brass".Tin can impr-ove machinability of brass.Lead-brass is also kmomn as easily-machinable copper.The main puroose of addina somelead is to improve machinability and wearability.Copper for carving is a kind of lead-brass.Most of brass boasts goodluster.high machinability and flexibility.easily galwanized or coated.
