According to the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Technology Import and Export of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology have made some adjustments to the content of the "Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted from Export in China" (Attachment No. 57 of the Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology of 2023), which are now announced and will be implemented from the date of announcement. Technologies that are dual-use for military and civilian purposes shall be included in export control management.
