Under normal tempe rature and high temperature (400℃),the alloy boasts high strength,high hardness,high electrical and heat conductivity,high wearability,and frictiorreduction,After age hardening.its strength.hardenss.electrical andheat conductivitywill be improved greatly;Liable to welding and brae weldingp;high corrosion resistanceunder atmosphere and fresh water,high resistance against oxidation under higltemperature:it can be processed under pressure in cold and hot status;the weak poinis that it is sensitive to gap.which leads to stress concentration at gap and sharp pointmechanical damage so it is not suitable to make commutator segment. |
